Role Overview
Contrive Construction Maintenance Electromechanical LLC is hiring a Civil Project Manager for infrastructure and civil construction projects in the UAE.
The role is based in Abu Dhabi and involves managing projects from mobilization through completion and handover.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience.
- Strong UAE or GCC experience in infrastructure and civil construction.
- Proven experience with roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, earthworks, concrete structures, and external works.
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, cost control, contracts, and risk management.
- Ability to manage manpower, materials, equipment, progress, and site productivity.
- Strong knowledge of HSE, QA/QC requirements, and UAE construction regulations.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
- PMP certification and a valid UAE driving licence are preferred.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver infrastructure and civil construction projects in the UAE.
