Role overview
Ali & Sons Real Estate is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer / Architect for its IFM/PMO Division.
The role involves architectural engineering, project coordination, stakeholder management, and project delivery from concept to completion.
The position is located in Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and development across commercial projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Review contractor payments, claims, and project documentation.
- Support project closeout, snagging, testing and commissioning, and handover processes.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.
- At least five years of experience in architectural engineering or project coordination within a consulting firm.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
