Responsibilities
- Produce and implement the Project Execution Plan and direct the Project Management team
- Provide a high standard of service within the Project Management profession
- Identify areas for improvement in project delivery plans and implement accordingly
- Manage commercial aspects of the project, including consultant fees, claims, payments
- Administer Construction Contracts and issue correspondence as authorised signatory
- Lead project to achieve quality, programme and budget targets
- Lead Value Engineering workshops
- Lead regular progress updates in conjunction with Planning Manager
- Lead all Delay Claim workshops and assessment process
- Conduct meetings, produce minutes and drive outcomes
- Lead, manage and motivate multi disciplined teams and colleagues
- Lead the Procurement process
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Building Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture or similar
- Minimum 20 years relevant experience in a project management role
- Extensive experience in Villa Construction
- Experience in contracting and PMC
- Relevant projects of appropriate scale (Large Villa community projects)
- United Arab Emirates experience required
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Director role

Role Overview
- We are looking for a Project Director to lead the construction delivery of a large scale project in Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications and Experience
- Tertiary qualification (University Graduate) in Project Management, Building Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture or similar plus minimum 20 years relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in Villa Construction.
- Experience in contracting and PMC.
- Relevant projects of appropriate scale (Large Villa community projects).
- United Arab Emirates experience Required.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Director role.
- Active membership of a relevant professional institution is an additional consideration.
Key Responsibilities
