- Receive full delivery context from Solution Consultant and clarify scope, constraints, and dependencies
- Build delivery plan and timeline with milestones, sprints, and go live checkpoints
- Create and maintain delivery backlog, breaking down deliverables into tasks with owners
- Run regular execution cadences including standups, progress reviews, and decision syncs
- Maintain risk and issues log covering technical and business risks
- Manage change transparently, assessing impact on scope, timelines, and delivery
- Plan and coordinate UAT cycles, go live readiness, and post go live stabilization
Requirements
- Experience in project or delivery management
- Ability to manage cross team dependencies
- Experience with AI or software delivery

About the Role
- The Project / Delivery Manager owns one critical question: How do we execute what we promised?
- You take the Solution Consultant's vision and turn it into a clear execution plan, structured backlog, and predictable delivery rhythm.
Key Responsibilities
- Scoping & Handover from Solution Consultant: Receive full delivery context, clarify scope, constraints, dependencies.
- Detailed Planning & Backlog Management: Build delivery plan and timeline, create and maintain delivery backlog.
- Coordination & Day to Day Execution: Run regular execution cadences, ensure tight collaboration between teams.
- Risk, Change & Stakeholder Management: Maintain risk & issues log, manage change transparently, provide clear communication.
- UAT, Go Live & Post Go Live Stabilization: Plan and coordinate UAT cycles, go live readiness, and post go live stabilization.
