PFC Group is seeking a Project Coordinator with at least 4 years of UAE construction experience.
The role supports project coordination, documentation, site operations, reporting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the UAE construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of project coordination, documentation, and site operations.
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Proficiency in project reports, progress tracking, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, project schedules, and QA/QC procedures.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is required; AutoCAD and project management software knowledge is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- A valid UAE driving license is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities to support timely execution.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and correspondence.
- Monitor project schedules and follow up on deliverables.
- Liaise with project managers, site engineers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.
- Assist with procurement, material tracking, and resource coordination.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and company procedures.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
