Role Overview
Provide reliable technical support across the head office and construction project sites throughout the UAE.
The role covers day-to-day IT support, hardware and software troubleshooting, network administration, Microsoft 365 support, IT asset management, and project-site support.
The role requires independent travel between multiple project locations.
IT Support Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees at the head office and construction project sites.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and business applications.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and access points.
- Manage user accounts, email accounts, access rights, passwords, and basic Active Directory administration.
- Support shared folders, network drives, file servers, and network printers.
- Install and maintain antivirus, endpoint protection, and security software.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and equipment at construction sites and temporary project offices.
- Coordinate internet connections, network cabling, and IT setup for new project offices and site mobilization.
- Provide basic technical support for CCTV, IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, biometric attendance, and access control systems.
