Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project management services for data center construction clients.
The role supports project managers with project controls, administration, stakeholder coordination, reporting, planning, and information management.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager with quality, efficiency, schedule, governance, processes, and systems.
- Share and retain project information and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Interface with executive management, project teams, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Attend meetings, update issues and actions logs, and follow up on open items.
- Develop project plans and follow up on completion status and close-out activities.
- Prepare monthly reports, formal project reports, executive dashboards, and other reporting.
- Assist with proposals for new projects or variations to existing projects.
- Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
Qualifications
- Construction project coordination or administrative experience is preferred.
- BA/BS in business, construction, architecture, or a related field, or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum three years of professional experience in project controls or administration.
- Strong collaboration, relationship-building, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft and Google suite software products, especially Excel.
- Corporate interiors and tenant improvement experience is a plus.

- On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs.
