Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in developing project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate daily project activities between site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams regarding material requirements and deliveries
- Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders
- Support implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures
- Promote compliance with company HSE policies and site safety regulations
- Maintain project files, contracts, drawings, and technical documents
- Support project closeout activities and final documentation handover
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction project coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, Asana, or Monday.com
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and construction drawings
- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage

Position Summary
- The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling construction projects to ensure timely completion, budget compliance, quality standards, and adherence to safety requirements.
- The role acts as a communication link between project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
Project Planning & Coordination
- Assist the Project Manager in developing project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate daily project activities between site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
Project Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project progress and identify potential delays or risks.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Update project schedules and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Maintain project dashboards and performance tracking reports.
- Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Procurement & Material Coordination
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams regarding material requirements and deliveries.
- Monitor material availability and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Track purchase orders and supplier commitments.
- Assist in resolving supply chain and material related issues.
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Follow up on approvals, submissions, and project correspondence.
- Ensure effective communication of project updates and requirements.
Quality & Compliance
- Support implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Ensure project documentation complies with company standards and client requirements.
- Monitor adherence to project specifications and contractual obligations.
- Assist in tracking non conformance reports and corrective actions.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Promote compliance with company HSE policies and site safety regulations.
- Coordinate safety documentation and permit requirements.
- Assist in monitoring safety performance and reporting incidents.
Administrative Support
- Maintain project files, contracts, drawings, and technical documents.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for project teams when required.
- Support project closeout activities and final documentation handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction project coordination.
- Experience in EPC, modular construction, infrastructure, or building projects is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, Asana, Monday.com.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and reporting.
