Job Purpose

  • To provide exceptional personalized service to executives, VIPs, or private households by ensuring smooth operation of daily activities, maintaining highest standards of hospitality, confidentiality, etiquette, and operational efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide professional butler and concierge services to executives, VIPs, and guests.
  • Coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and personal requests.
  • Welcome and assist guests in accordance with luxury hospitality standards.
  • Supervise housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
  • Manage wardrobe care, packing, unpacking, and garment organization when required.
  • Coordinate meal service, table setting, and dining etiquette.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, hotel reservations, and transportation.
  • Liaise with vendors, maintenance contractors, and service providers.
  • Monitor household or executive office inventory and replenish supplies.
  • Organize meetings, private events, and VIP functions.
  • Ensure proper care of valuable items, artwork, furniture, and luxury assets.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding personal, financial, and business matters.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional Butler Certification is preferred (e.g., British Butler Institute or equivalent).
  • Hospitality training in luxury service is an advantage.

Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience as a Butler, Executive Butler, VIP Butler, or in luxury hospitality.
  • Experience in private residences, royal families, luxury hotels, or executive offices is highly preferred.
  • UAE or GCC experience is an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality and international etiquette.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to anticipate client needs proactively.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
  • Excellent grooming and presentation.
  • Ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling applications.

Working Conditions

  • Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Frequent interaction with senior executives, VIPs, and international guests.
  • Fast paced and service oriented environment.
  • May require travel with the principal when necessary.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry light luggage or household items when required.
  • Excellent physical stamina and mobility.
  • Professional appearance and grooming maintained at all times.

Salary Range

  • 2,000 2,500 AED per month
