Job Overview
- Land Surveyor position in Dubai
- Salary range: 7,000 8,000 AED per month
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys to establish property boundaries, topographical features, and construction layouts
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, drones, and digital levels
- Collect, process, and analyze survey data using CAD and GIS software
- Prepare accurate survey drawings, maps, and legal boundary descriptions
- Verify survey data accuracy, including measurements and calculations
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure designs align with survey data
- Maintain and update survey records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal surveying regulations and standards
- Manage survey crews and delegate tasks when required
- Conduct site visits and provide technical advice to project teams and clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Professional licensure (e.g., Registered Land Surveyor, Licensed Surveyor) preferred or required depending on jurisdiction
- Minimum 2–5 years of field and office surveying experience (varies by role level)
- Experience with GPS/GNSS technology, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and survey software (e.g., Trimble Business Center, Leica Geo Office)
