Accountabilities

- Assist clients to use products and services and keep them updated about new features.

- Conducting intensive market and competition observation.
- Consult customer surveys to gauge client satisfaction.
- Support Corporate Sales Team or Business Development teams.
- Work strategically to implement operational changes.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous working experience as Key Account Manager or Business Development/Sales Manager for 5+ years in events/exhibitions/rentals/structures.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, or relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas and proposals clearly and concisely.
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
