About the Role
Orion Group is seeking a Project Controls Division Manager for a 36-month contract in Qatar. The role requires 12+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, including 3 years of project management leadership.

Responsibilities
- Provide management and technical direction for all facets of the division (scheduling, planning, reporting, cost estimating, cost engineering)
- Lead project control activities and coordinate input from PMT functions
- Ensure effective project control measures by contractor and sub contractor
- Interface between Senior Project Manager, PMT members and EPC contractor
- Coordinate collecting, consolidating, analyzing and reporting of project cost and schedule
- Review project changes evaluating schedule and/or cost impact
- Manage project workforce planning and resourcing
- Monitor contractor’s performance and progress in project controls
- Review invoices for compliance and completeness
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Engineering
- 12 years experience in multiple project functions in Oil & Gas Industry
- 3 years of Project Management leadership in a Major Oil & Gas Project
- Extensive experience with Oil & Gas Companies, EPC contractors, vendors
- Broad knowledge in project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management
- Extensive knowledge across engineering disciplines and international standards

Minimum Requirements
