- Oversee and coordinate civil site activities including earthworks, concrete works, structural elements, utilities installation, and finishing works
- Review civil drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure proper site implementation
- Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and work plans for civil construction activities
- Monitor and inspect construction works to ensure compliance with design, quality, and Saudi Building Code
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, subcontractors, and consultants
- Prepare daily reports, progress updates, material logs, and technical documentation
- Conduct site measurements, quantity surveys, and material reconciliation to support cost control and procurement
- Identify and resolve technical issues, design discrepancies, and construction challenges
- Support shop drawings, as built drawings, and technical submittals for client/consultant approval
- Ensure HSE compliance and promote a safety first culture on site
- Assist in planning and scheduling civil construction activities using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools
- Support commissioning, testing, and handover activities for civil works
Requirements
- Experience in overseeing civil site activities including earthworks, concrete works, structural elements, utilities installation, and finishing works
- Ability to review civil drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Knowledge of Saudi Building Code and quality standards
- Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling tools
- Strong coordination and communication skills
