Role Overview
Whizz HR is seeking an experienced Project Architect for a leading interior fit-out company in Dubai.
The role leads architectural delivery for interior fit-out projects from design development through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural works for interior fit-out projects.
- Review and coordinate architectural, interior, MEP, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor architectural quality and progress.
- Review materials, finishes, mock-ups, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
- Resolve design and technical issues and ensure delivery meets quality, time, and design standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or a relevant qualification.
- Minimum five years of UAE experience in interior fit-out is mandatory.
- Proven experience with commercial, food and beverage, hospitality, retail, or similar fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, finishes, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong coordination and communication skills and the ability to work under deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Revit or 3D software is an advantage.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
