Role Overview
Lead successful delivery of digitalization programs across the Middle East region.
Programs span digital transformation, connected operations, industrial software, data analytics, cloud solutions, cybersecurity-enabled delivery, and integration.
The role owns customer outcomes, commercial targets, operational excellence, and strategic growth objectives.
Core Responsibilities
- Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, customer satisfaction, revenue, and gross margin for regional programs.
- Establish governance through steering committees, executive reviews, dashboards, escalation paths, risk registers, and decision logs.
- Lead cross-functional teams across technical, commercial, legal, finance, services, and partner organizations.
- Standardize lifecycle practices, phase gates, delivery cadences, documentation, and reporting across countries and customer sites.
- Translate customer objectives into outcomes, success measures, adoption plans, and value realization roadmaps.
- Manage forecasting, billing milestones, cash collection, change orders, and financial reviews.
- Mitigate delivery risks related to technology, data, cybersecurity, resources, vendors, localization, regulations, and dependencies.
- Act as the first management escalation point for strategic customers.
- Drive use of program tools, digital workflows, dashboards, analytics, and reporting.
