- Drive successful implementation of Oracle Fusion across Finance, Procurement, HCM, and CRM functions
- Ensure regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and achievement of business transformation objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program/project management certification are an advantage
- 18+ years of experience in large scale ERP / Oracle Fusion programs
- Strong banking / BFSI domain experience, preferably in regulated environments
- Proven expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, and transformation delivery
- Experience managing multi vendor, multi geography programs
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence senior executives and cross functional teams
