- Lead executive governance forums and steering committees, facilitating strategic decision making and program oversight
- Provide leadership and direction to multidisciplinary teams across business and technology functions
- Act as primary escalation point for program risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure alignment between transformation initiatives and organizational objectives
- Lead implementation and rollout of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions (HCM, Finance, Procurement)
- Oversee integration of ServiceNow and related enterprise platforms
- Establish program controls, reporting frameworks, performance metrics, and risk management processes
- Drive successful adoption of standardized enterprise solutions and best practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders, implementation partners, and external entities
- Lead organizational change management initiatives to support successful transformation outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience managing large scale ERP, SaaS, or enterprise transformation programs
- Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion implementations covering HCM, Finance, and Procurement modules
- Experience with ServiceNow implementation and enterprise systems integration is highly desirable
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi vendor, and cross functional transformation programs

Role Overview
- Seeking an experienced and strategically driven Program Director to lead a large scale Enterprise Transformation Program.
- Responsible for end to end delivery, governance, and successful rollout of enterprise wide digital transformation initiatives, including Oracle Fusion applications (HCM, Finance, and Procurement) and ServiceNow.
- Act as key link between executive leadership and delivery teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology solutions, and organizational transformation goals.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience with ServiceNow implementation and enterprise systems integration is highly desirable.
