Program Director
Redfish Solutions seeks a Program Director to lead a major rail infrastructure program, overseeing project delivery and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior leadership and strategic direction across the project.
- Oversee the successful delivery of major rail infrastructure works.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Manage programme, budget, risk, quality, and overall project performance.
- Drive effective coordination between the JV partners, client, PMC, and delivery teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual, technical, safety, and quality requirements.
- Provide senior-level reporting and stakeholder management.
- Identify and resolve complex project issues and delivery risks.
- Ensure effective integration of tunnelling and wider rail infrastructure works.
Requirements
- Extensive experience working on major rail infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience at Project Director / Programme Director / senior project leadership level.
- Strong experience delivering high-value, complex rail programmes.
- Significant tunnelling experience is desirable.
- Experience working across multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of project controls, programme management, commercial delivery, and risk.
