Position Overview
A leading hospitality interior design firm in Dubai is seeking a Senior Interior Designer.
The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences across luxury hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-end hospitality projects from concept through completion.
- Develop innovative, functional concepts aligned with client briefs and brand standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
- Oversee detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations.
- Mentor junior designers and support a collaborative team environment.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers for seamless project delivery.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of interior design experience, including substantial hospitality project experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating luxury hotel, restaurant, or F&B design work.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, FF&E selection, and technical detailing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
