Role overview
An established international cost consultancy is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor for its growing Riyadh team.
The role supports a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across the Middle East.
The successful candidate will deliver both pre-contract and post-contract cost management services.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver cost management services throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Prepare cost plans, estimates, and feasibility studies.
- Undertake tender documentation, tender analysis, and procurement advice.
- Manage valuations, payment applications, and cost reporting.
- Assess and negotiate variations and change control.
- Prepare final accounts and support project close-out.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to support successful project delivery.
- Assist in maintaining high standards of commercial and contractual advice.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in quantity surveying or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience is required, while 10 or more years is highly desirable.
- Consultancy experience in cost management or quantity surveying is required.
