Join a leading hospitality interior design firm based in Dubai.
Lead luxury hospitality projects and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The role is for an experienced creative professional with a strong design vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-end hospitality projects from concept through completion.
- Develop design concepts aligned with client briefs and brand standards.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and coordination with internal teams and consultants.
- Oversee detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations.
- Mentor junior designers and foster collaboration.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers for project delivery.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of interior design experience focused on hospitality projects.
- Portfolio demonstrating luxury hotel, restaurant, or F&B design work.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, FF&E selection, and technical detailing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Applicants should be in Dubai or willing to relocate.
