Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in loyalty programmes, digital platforms, customer engagement, or complex multi stakeholder environments
- Proven experience leading large scale transformation or strategic programmes from planning through execution
- Demonstrated success managing cross functional teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders
- Strong understanding of programme governance, financial management, procurement, and operational delivery
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent are highly preferred
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage

Overview

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in loyalty programmes, digital platforms, customer engagement, or complex multi stakeholder environments
- Proven experience leading large scale transformation or strategic programmes from planning through execution
- Demonstrated success managing cross functional teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders
- Strong understanding of programme governance, financial management, procurement, and operational delivery
