Work arrangement
- The role is part-time and fully remote within the United Arab Emirates.
Program coordination
- Support training programs, workshops, seminars, webinars, and learning activities.
- Coordinate schedules, session calendars, participant lists, venues, virtual meeting rooms, and session logistics.
- Assist trainers, facilitators, instructors, speakers, and program managers with administrative requirements.
- Prepare agendas, schedules, attendance sheets, materials, presentations, handouts, forms, and session documents.
Participant and session support
- Coordinate registration, confirmations, reminders, attendance, certificates, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain participant profiles, enrollment information, attendance records, completion records, and program histories.
