Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Payment Processing Assistant, Clearing Clerk, or Banking Desk Helper for remote payment administration and banking-related coordination.

Work Arrangement
- The position is fully remote and based in the United Arab Emirates.
- The role is part-time with flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and record routine payment transactions and review payment instructions and supporting documents.
- Assist with clearing activities and monitor transaction status.
- Verify account, invoice, and payment information for consistency.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate follow-up with relevant teams.
- Maintain organized payment records, confirmations, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with transaction reconciliation and routine financial reporting.
- Communicate payment processing issues to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor outstanding transactions and escalate unusual or unresolved items.
- Support improvements to payment administration and workflow efficiency.
