Work Arrangement
- The role is designed as onsite, with an expectation of primarily working from an HPE partner or customer office.

Core Responsibilities
- Verify and implement detailed technical designs and develop enterprise-level technical solutions.
- Lead technical assessments and solution delivery to clients.
- Manage team performance and lifecycle.
- Coordinate installation, design, and migration activities across networks, applications, or platforms.
- Provide advanced consulting, proposal support, system tuning, and solution modifications.
- Respond to technical inquiries and develop solutions using industry-standard products.
- Share knowledge, produce technical materials, and present at conferences.
- Support sales activities, manage bids, and grow existing customer portfolios.
Education and Experience
- 8 or more years of professional experience with a relevant bachelor's degree, or 11 or more years without a degree.
Knowledge and Skills
- Broad and deep technical expertise across multiple technologies.
- Proven innovation, communication, and leadership in delivering solutions.
- Ability to improve system availability, performance, and agility through solution design.
- Strong understanding of architectural dependencies.
- Recognized expertise in at least one technology area.
- Troubleshooting skills across complex, multi-technology environments.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and contribute to proposals.
- Ability to manage teams and deliver comprehensive solution implementations.
