- Monitor staff and ensure efficient manufacturing processes
- Follow up on spices and meat according to recipes, including circulation and addition methods
- Ensure packing materials and follow up on losses
- Monitor machine readings, proper operation, disassembly, installation, and periodic cleaning
- Coordinate with maintenance department in case of breakdowns
- Make decisions and develop solutions during sudden breakdowns
- Submit performance reports and ensure safe use of equipment
- Train new employees on machine safety and procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Production Supervisor in Frozen food or meat
- Experience in using different types of manufacturing machines and tools
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in engineering, veterinary or agricultural

Job Overview

- Making the right decisions and being flexible by understanding the production plan and developing solutions during sudden breakdowns
- Follow good manufacturing practices at all stages of production
- Submit performance reports

Requirements and Skills
- +3 years experience as a Production Supervisor in Frozen food or meat
