- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of merchandisers
- Build journey plans with continuous monitoring and updates
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance KPIs
- Conduct field visits and provide on the job coaching
- Ensure proper product placement according to planograms
- Maintain shelf availability, correct pricing, and product rotation (FIFO)
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with sales/logistics teams
- Ensure compliance with merchandising standards and brand guidelines
- Track sales data and merchandising KPIs (e.g., shelf share, out of stock rate)
- Identify opportunities to increase product visibility and sales
- Support promotional campaigns, displays, and product launches
- Build strong relationships with store managers and retail partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years in FMCG merchandising, preferably in Frozen Food
- Experience in Saudi retail chains (e.g., Panda, Danube, Carrefour) and discounters is a must
