Ensure purchasing activities are done efficiently
Key Accountabilities
- Receive and review PR from requesting department
- Collect offers from suppliers
- Place PO on ERP system.
- Send PO to supplier and follow up receiving order confirmation from Supplier
- Follow up deliveries of open orders
- Monitor suppliers' performance periodically
- Verify the receipt of items are as per PO / contracts
- Perform all cash purchased items.
- Manage any additional assignment given by the Deputy Purchase Manager.
- Academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering\\Supply chain\\Commerce\\Business Administration.
Experience
+3 years of experience in Purchasing\\Procurement in FMCG or Frozen food
