Job Summary
Manage perfume production lines to ensure production targets, quality, safety, and efficiency objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily perfume production and ensure targets are met.
- Supervise production staff and allocate manpower effectively.
- Monitor line efficiency, downtime, waste, and production output.
- Oversee mixing, filling, labeling, and packaging activities.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, quality, and HSE standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare production reports and monitor KPIs.
- Train and develop production team members.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of production experience.
- Perfume or cosmetics manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
- Experience managing production lines and teams.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
