Primary Purpose
Work closely with global public relations and social media teams and external agency partners.
Key Accountabilities
- Identify key influencers and secure partnerships to meet social, marketing and revenue goals.
- Develop the influencer marketing strategy, action plan, workflow and promotional material approach.
- Manage the influencer marketing budget.
- Bring influencer and follower insights to communication and marketing teams.
- Improve influencer content strategy with social, marketing, creative and merchandise teams.
- Expand brand presence on YouTube, TikTok and other social media platforms through influencer relationships.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and channels.
- Monitor influencer program success and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform other work requested by the direct manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
- At least three years of experience in social and influencer marketing and managing influencer relationships and campaigns.
Skills
- Build and maintain strong, long-term connections with influencers.
- Use exceptional verbal and written communication for outreach, negotiation and presentations.
