Job Overview
The Sr Ecommerce Specialist manages online store digital performance, shopping experience, sales targets, and growth through data-informed decisions.
The role focuses on website management, commercial execution, and analytics to maximize conversion and revenue.
Website Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store.
- Monitor and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with web developers or service providers to resolve technical issues.
Sales and Analytics
- Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns.
- Monitor conversion rates, cart abandonment, bounce rates, and other ecommerce KPIs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports covering traffic, sales, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
Requirements
- Experience managing ecommerce website operations and online store performance.
- Ability to manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
- Ability to monitor conversion rates, cart abandonment, bounce rates, and other ecommerce KPIs.
- Ability to prepare regular traffic, sales, conversion, and KPI reports.
- Ability to collaborate with web developers or service providers on technical issues.
