The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, team supervision, safety compliance, and coordination with other departments.
The role supports efficient and accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities and staff.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movement using a Warehouse Management System.
- Ensure timely receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Coordinate with logistics and other departments.
- Prepare warehouse reports and maintain accurate system records.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
