Oversee operations and staff for a specific area or multiple locations.
Ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company goals and standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Train staff on job duties and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Monitor staff performance, conduct reviews, provide feedback, and identify development areas.
- Oversee work schedules and assist with workforce planning.
- Participate in interviewing and hiring new candidates.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, legal requirements, and safety standards.
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations or a specific area.
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and business performance.
- Manage inventory levels, stock availability, and cost control.
- Promote collaboration among team members and departments.
- Monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and recommend adjustments.
- Review performance metrics, reports, and sales data to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Perform other work requested by the direct manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- More than five years of frontline supervisory experience.
