About the Role
The Production Assistant supports the production department in coordinating projects from production through installation for interior fit-out, joinery, and advertising projects. The role requires minimum 5 years of proven experience in Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, Advertising/Signage, or Production within the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Production Manager in planning and coordinating daily production activities.
- Monitor project schedules to ensure production and installation deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with sales, estimation, design, procurement, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Follow up on material availability, production progress, and site requirements.
- Prepare work orders and production schedules.
- Conduct regular factory and site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and installation teams.
- Ensure all project documentation, drawings, and production files are accurate and up to date.
- Assist in resolving production issues and identifying process improvements.
- Maintain a safe and organised production environment while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Interior Fit Out, Joinery, Advertising/Signage, or Production within the UAE
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, fabrication, installation, and project coordination processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production documents
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is an advantage
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
