- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for interior fit out, joinery, signage, and production projects.
- Perform quantity take offs and material calculations.
- Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Analyse project costs, labour requirements, and production timelines.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, procurement, and production teams to ensure accurate pricing.
- Prepare tender submissions within project deadlines.
- Maintain updated pricing databases for materials, labour, and subcontractors.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Estimator within the Interior Fit Out, Joinery, Advertising, or Production industry in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of estimating principles, BOQs, materials, fabrication, and installation processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience preparing quotations for commercial and residential projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred

About the Role
- Dubai Source Advertising LLC is looking for a skilled and detail oriented Estimator to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will have proven experience preparing accurate cost estimates for Interior Fit Out, Joinery, Advertising, and Production projects within the UAE.
- You will play a key role in the pre construction and tendering process by preparing competitive quotations, analysing project requirements, and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
