About the Role
Management Solutions International is seeking a Techno-Functional Oracle NetSuite ERP Product Specialist to join the Finance & ERP team. The role involves implementing and supporting NetSuite solutions, gathering business requirements, and configuring NetSuite modules.

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands on experience as a Techno Functional resource on Oracle NetSuite ERP, with end to end exposure to implementation and support engagements
- Practical knowledge of core NetSuite modules including Financials (GL, AP, AR), Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, and basic SuiteScript/SuiteFlow customisation
- Ability to gather business requirements, translate them into NetSuite configuration and light customisation, and document functional and technical specifications
- Working knowledge of SuiteScript (1.0/2.x), Saved Searches, Workflows, and CSV imports
- Strong communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or equivalent

Title and Reporting
- Title: Product Specialist (Techno Functional) Oracle NetSuite ERP
- Reporting to: Product Manager Finance & ERP
- Remote
Context
- The Finance & ERP team is facing a significant increase in workload driven by the Company NetSuite engagement and a strong pipeline of upcoming Oracle NetSuite projects.
- Company has expanded the scope of their initial project: NetSuite will now be deployed as their Back of House (BoH) Solution instead of Oracle Inventory Management, materially increasing functional, configuration, and support effort.
- In parallel, the integration scope on the same project has grown from 4 third party integrations originally agreed to 21 integrations now required.
- In addition to Company, the Sales team has secured a sizeable pipeline of new NetSuite implementations and is engaged on a major NetSuite programme that will run concurrently.
- With only two full fledged resources on the Finance & ERP team today, the current capacity is insufficient to deliver these commitments on time and to the required quality standard.
Minimum Experience
- 3+ years of hands on experience as a Techno Functional resource on Oracle NetSuite ERP, with end to end exposure to implementation and support engagements.
- Practical knowledge of core NetSuite modules including Financials (GL, AP, AR), Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, and basic SuiteScript/SuiteFlow customisation.
- Experience working in a remote delivery model with distributed teams, with proven ability to manage own deliverables and meet deadlines without close on site supervision.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to gather business requirements, translate them into NetSuite configuration and light customisation, and document functional and technical specifications.
- Working knowledge of SuiteScript (1.0/2.x), Saved Searches, Workflows, and CSV imports to support day today customisation and data work.
- Strong communication skills in English to engage with consultants, client stakeholders, and other remote team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or equivalent technical/business qualifications.
- NetSuite Suite Foundation certification preferred; ERP Consultant or Administrator certification is a plus.
