Responsibilities
- Promote products and services to customers, discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate contracts, and maintain customer satisfaction
- Manage coordination, documentation, and monitoring of radioactive material shipments, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements
- Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and analyze market trends
- Deliver training sessions to customers on equipment usage and assist with operation
- Develop, implement, and manage radiation safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct regular radiation surveys, environmental monitoring, and safety audits
- Manage and enforce security protocols for radioactive materials
- Maintain records of radiation safety inspections, audits, and security measures
- Coordinate approval process for imports with relevant government authorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Medicine, Medical Physics or related background
- RSO license in 'Security Transportation of Radioactive Materials' from NRRC
- 3+ years in Nuclear Medicine & Radiotherapy experience
- Familiar with radiotherapy, nuclear technology, medical imaging and equipment performance
- Knowledge about KSA Radioactive regulations as per NRRC & SFDA
- Good Communication Skills & English language
- MS Office skills
- Saudi national – based in Riyadh & willing to travel as per business needs
- Valid KSA driving license

Job Brief

Market Knowledge
- Conduct market research to identify potential new customers.
- Analyse market trends to assess new products.
- Assist in the planning and execution of new product launches and events.
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, networking, benchmarking best practices and engaging in professional societies.
Business Development
- Establish contact with potential customers to introduce our products, assess their needs, and explain how we can assist them.
- Offer support, information, and guidance to prospective customers through product demonstrations and collecting their feedback.
- Follow up with new customers post demo to negotiate contracts and packages.
- Ensure all contract details are in full compliance with our rules and regulations.
- Conduct regular visits to customers to ensure quality service and report sales leads to the team.
Sales
- Maintain relationships with existing customers by offering support, information, and guidance.
- Recommend new products based on customers' needs.
- Provide existing customers with support, information, and guidance by performing product demonstrations.
- Answer product related queries from customers.
- Suggest service improvements to enhance the customer relationship.
- Provide valuable product recommendations and suggestions to customers to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate contracts and packages with existing customers.
- Ensure quality service by adhering to Zahrawi standards.
- Contribute to team goals by achieving annual targets.
Radiation Safety
- Understand, share and apply knowledge of shipping regulations for radioactive materials, customs and duties requirements.
- Develop, implement, and manage radiation safety programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular radiation surveys, environmental monitoring, and safety audits.
- Provide training to staff on radiation protection procedures, use of radiation detection equipment, and emergency protocols.
- Perform risk assessments and recommend radiation protection measures.
- Investigate and report any radiation safety incidents, accidents, or exposures.
Radiation Security
- Manage and enforce security protocols for radioactive materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory security standards.
- Perform security inspections of areas containing radioactive materials, including storage facilities and transportation routes.
- Coordinate with security personnel to ensure appropriate access control and monitoring systems are in place.
- Monitor the inventory of radioactive materials and ensure it is accurately tracked.
- Develop and execute plans for the secure disposal of radioactive waste.
Compliance and Documentation
- Maintain records of radiation safety inspections, audits, and security measures.
- Ensure the proper handling, transportation, and disposal of radioactive materials as per regulatory guidelines.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies and assist in audits or inspections.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Nuclear Medicine, Medical Physics or related background. RSO license in 'Security Transportation of Radioactive Materials' from NRRC.
- Experience: 3+ years in Nuclear Medicine & Radiotherapy experience. RSO experience is a plus.
- Job Specific Skills: Familiar with the fields of radiotherapy, nuclear technology, medical imaging and equipment performance that helps protect against radiation and Quality control/Quality assurance in healthcare facilities, Research Centers, Industrials and private practices. Knowledge about KSA R
- Behavioral skills: Customer centric & good presentation skills.
- Additional details: Saudi national – based in Riyadh & willing to travel as per business needs. Has valid KSA driving license.
