About The Role

  • We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Owner to join our Proactive Security Team.
  • You will own and evolve our proactive security services portfolio across Risk Advisory, Application Security, and Cloud & AI Security.
  • You will drive value and predictable outcomes by setting the vision and priorities, managing intake and the backlog, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring work is delivered end to end.

What You’ll Do Here

  • Own and communicate the product/service vision, objectives, and success measures for proactive security services.
  • Partner with technology stakeholders and security leads to shape, break down, and prioritise work.
  • Manage intake and backlog end to end.
  • Coordinate delivery planning with delivery leads/teams.
  • Lead agile planning for development initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain trusted reporting.
  • Partner with management on capacity and funding conversations.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the service.
  • Maintain visibility of key risks, vulnerabilities, and issues.
  • Support Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve knowledge bases.

What You Bring To The Table

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or similar role.
  • Degree in computer science, engineering, project management, or equivalent.
  • Product Owner certification (asset).
  • Security or risk focused certifications (asset).
  • Strong working knowledge of Scrum and/or Kanban.
  • Strong analytical capability in service management metrics.
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards and metrics.
  • Experience applying data driven forecasting methods.
  • Proven ability to align stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
  • For candidates in Quebec, bilingualism required.
