About the Role
Intact Lab is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to act as a key interpreter and facilitator between Development, QA, IT, and business partners. The role focuses on a data management and test capabilities tool, requiring experience with REST, GraphQL, and API integrations.

Responsibilities
- Gather and formalize needs of Development/QA teams for the simulation server
- Define user journeys for UI and API (backend server): creation/management of simulations, activation/deactivation, environment management, sharing and reuse
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria covering REST and GraphQL
- Collaborate with developers to frame functional/technical choices around WireMock
- Contribute to acceptance test strategy and validation of simulation scenarios
Requirements
- Experience in web environment and understanding of API integrations
- Solid knowledge of REST and good understanding of GraphQL (or strong ability to learn)
- Comfortable in a technical context; Kotlin is a plus, Java suffices
- Bilingualism (French and English) need to interact regularly with colleagues across the country
- Authorization to work in Canada

Ce Que Vous Accomplirez Chez Nous
- Recueillir et formaliser les besoins des équipes Développement/Assurance Qualité pour le serveur de simulation.
- Définir les parcours utilisateurs de l’interface utilisateur et de l’interface de programmation applicative.
- Rédiger des récits utilisateurs et des critères d’acceptation couvrant REST et GraphQL.
- Collaborer avec les développeurs pour cadrer les choix fonctionnels/techniques autour de WireMock.
- Contribuer à la stratégie de tests d’acceptation et à la validation des scénarios de simulation.
Ce Que Vous Mettrez à Profit
- Expérience en environnement web et compréhension des intégrations via API.
- Connaissances solides de REST et bonne compréhension de GraphQL.
- À l’aise dans un contexte technique; Kotlin est un plus, Java suffit.
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais).
- Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada.
Échelle Salariale
- 94,200 115,200 CAD per year.
- Annual bonus target of 12% of base salary, with potential up to double the target.
