About the Role
Intact is expanding its GenAI platform team and seeks an Advisor to drive transversal enablement of generative AI capabilities. The role involves implementing and maintaining the GenAI platform, applying DevOps best practices, and collaborating with AI teams and business units.

Responsibilities
- Work in the Generative AI Platform team implementing and maintaining a comprehensive generative AI solution
- Work collaboratively with AI teams, Developers and business units for platform on boarding and enablement
- Apply DevOps best practices to continuously improve platform performance, stability, and security
- Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code based on defined specifications
- Perform code reviews and provide peer coaching/guidance
- Automate platform deployment and management
- Ensure strong adoption and integration of security best practices
- Apply Data Governance best practices
- Develop production grade generative AI plug ins, extensions and microservices
- Develop platform requirements working with various IT stakeholders
- Help define key platform performance metrics and ensure proactive response
- Support the GenAI platform and its underlying solutions
Requirements
- Solid expertise on the topic of generative AI
- Experience and know how of CI/CD best practices with tools such as GitHub Actions
- Experience using OpenAI ChatGPT APIs or Azure OpenAI
- Technical leadership experience
- Experience in multi cloud administration (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Strong experience with GitHub, Terraform, Ansible, Python
- Solid understanding of AI engineering & Data Engineering
- Deep knowledge of LLM usage and LLMOps
- Solid knowledge of AI OPS and anomaly detection
- Comfortable with scripting or programming languages
- Familiarity with observability and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required (French and English)

About The Role

- You will be a key contributor to the GenAI platform’s strategy at IFC and responsible for integration and evolution of the platform.
- You will enable and guide IT teams in leveraging GenAI.
What You'll Do Here
