Responsibilities
- Set your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with Revolut’s mission
- Drive maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy
- Completely own your team's products from ideation through development, launch, growth, and maintenance
- Work closely with Design and UX Research teams to define the customer journey and create an amazing user experience
- Liaise with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of your product
- Collaborate with other stakeholders such as Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience at a high growth tech company or in banking/finance related business areas
- 2+ years of proven success leading consumer facing mobile products
- 1+ years of experience managing people
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- An eye for great UX/UI and understanding of design best practices
- High analytical acumen and solid business sense for ROI based prioritisation
- Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision
- Bias towards action and bootstrapping major projects
- Experience leading product development and launch from scratch

- We’re looking for a Product Owner who knows how to take responsibility over the roadmap of the credit products, including day to day operations, project execution, and addressing risks.
What you'll be doing
- Setting your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with Revolut’s mission
- Driving maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy
- Completely owning your team's products, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth, and maintenance
- Working closely with Design and UX Research teams to define the customer journey and create an amazing user experience
- Liaising with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of your product
- Collaborating with other stakeholders, such as Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams
What you'll need
- 2+ years of experience at a high growth tech company or in banking/finance related business areas (acquiring, payments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.)
- 2+ years of proven success leading consumer facing mobile products
- 1+ years of experience managing people (Product Owners at Revolut directly manage Engineering, Operations, and Design)
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- An eye for great UX/UI and impeccable understanding of design best practices
- High analytical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI based prioritisation
- Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners
- bias towards action and bootstrapping major projects, rolling up your sleeves and being hands on
- Experience leading product development and launch from scratch
- A readiness to provide insight and deliver measurable results under ambiguous situations in a fast paced environment
Compensation range
- Krakow: PLN28,100 PLN41,900 gross monthly
- Vilnius: €6,500 €8,700 gross monthly
- Poland: PLN28,100 PLN41,900 gross monthly
- Lithuania: €6,500 €8,700 gross monthly
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
- Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
