Role Overview
The Product Manager will own a company-wide user engagement platform covering push notifications, in-app messaging, email, and SMS.
The platform will support communication governance, user preferences and consent, dashboards, triggered messaging, journey orchestration, and personalization.
Responsibilities
- Own the engagement platform strategy, roadmap, and continuous product iteration.
- Establish communication calendars and resource management to reduce excessive or duplicated outreach.
- Build preference and consent management based on user context and consent status.
- Lead dashboards, triggered messaging, journey orchestration, and cross-channel frequency controls.
- Drive AI-powered send-time prediction, content personalization, and user segmentation.
- Coordinate Operations, Engineering, Data, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
- Measure engagement effectiveness and use data insights for product optimization.
