Description
- We are the TELUS Small and Medium Business team, an entrepreneurial team that supports an important growth segment for TELUS.
- We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will be the strategic architect of our product narrative, aligning our innovative builds with the evolving needs of our SMB customers.
Here’s How
- Lead go to market strategy and execution: Own the cross functional planning and execution of product launches across the SMB portfolio
- Shape how our products are positioned and talked about: Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated value propositions for each product
- Drive market and customer intelligence: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis, buyer research, and industry trend monitoring
- Act as an AI native marketer: Use AI tools and platforms to automate key workflows, accelerate content development, perform competitive intelligence analysis
What you bring
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, go to market strategy, or a related B2B marketing role
- Proven ability to manage cross functional relationships and drive product launches across teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience using customer and data insights to guide decisions
- Hands on experience using AI tools to boost productivity and improve work outcomes

Great to have
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, e commerce or other high growth industries
- Familiarity with SMB or enterprise sales motions and channel marketing
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a nice bonus
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
