The Opportunity
Serve as the primary technical and operational expert for Roche's RIS and B2B digital product portfolio across the region.
Focus on B2B digital products, Lab Insights, Healthcare Insights, software lifecycle management, and Phase-In/Phase-Out implementation.
Bridge complex global digital and software solutions with local field execution and commercial needs.
Major Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio lifecycles, material introductions, and Phase-In/Phase-Out transitions.
- Provide software specifications, IT architecture requirements, and data security documentation for tenders.
- Deliver and coordinate technical product training for local commercial teams.
- Represent local IT infrastructure and data privacy needs within global product hubs and regional communities.
- Support marketing, tender, key account, and sales teams with technical product expertise.
- Collaborate with quality, regulatory, IT, and data privacy teams on compliant product transitions.
- Manage local RIS and B2B pricing strategies, including subscription and SaaS models.
- Operate as an individual contributor using lateral leadership without direct reporting lines.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, health informatics, digital solutions, or specialized technical sales within IVD or Healthcare IT.
- Deep knowledge of Digital Health, Laboratory Information Systems, Lab Insights, and Healthcare Data Analytics.
- Experience with technical IT tenders and hospital procurement processes involving IT directors and CIOs.
- Ability to influence local, regional, and global stakeholders without direct authority.
- Ability to adapt to change, navigate ambiguity, and drive new ways of working.
- Ability to collaborate across global hubs, local privacy requirements, and commercial execution.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with software Phase-In/Phase-Out strategies, SaaS pricing, and software-related regulatory or marketing notifications.
- University degree in a relevant scientific, IT, or healthcare discipline.
- An advanced business degree is a plus.
