Job Description

  • As a Product Manager Partner and Channel Offerings, you will own the commercial strategy for assigned products and portfolio offerings.
  • You will collaborate across commercial marketing, sales, channel, and product management to drive launches and enable partners.

Your Responsibilities

  • Articulate the business value of the product and align commercial strategy with broader Rockwell Automation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Marketing on external commercial messaging, launches, campaigns, and brand awareness.
  • Use Voice of Customer / User Research to identify pain points at market and user level.
  • Execute strategies for customer product lifecycle management and lead migration campaigns.
  • Drive commercial readiness activities for new product introductions.
  • Lead sales enablement activities and educate channel partners on solution offerings, licensing, and procurement.
  • Serve as liaison to ecommerce team for assigned products.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive threats within target automation markets.
  • Drive market analysis (TAM, SAM) and develop strategies for growth.
  • Collaborate with global pricing team on pricing strategy.

The Essentials You Will Have

  • 3+ years of product management, solution delivery, technical consulting, commercial portfolio management, or solution sales experience.
  • Deep awareness of the application of managed products in automation, ideally across multiple industries.
  • Knowledge and experience in automation, operational IT, related standards, and Industry 4.0 / Industrial Internet of Things.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada (no sponsorship).

  • Experience communicating product updates to internal and external partners.
  • Understanding of business financials: revenue, pricing, profitability.

Compensation

  • Base Salary Compensation from CAD 104,640 to CAD 130,800 with annual target bonus of 8% of base salary.
