Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Legal authorization to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship)
- 7+ years of product management, solution delivery, technical consulting, commercial portfolio management, or solution sales experience
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience leading activities or medium to large projects
- Deep exposure to the application of managed products in automation, across multiple industries
- Experience in automation, operational IT, related standards, and Industry 4.0 / Industrial Internet of Things

Job Description
- As a Lead Product Manager, you will manage a Product Management team and be accountable for setting the product vision, roadmap, and product market fit.
- You will lead activities to align stakeholders with the product strategy and broader Rockwell Automation priorities.
- You will advocate for the end user, drive Voice of Customer research, and partner closely with engineering, operations, and development.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Product Managers.
- Manage and align stakeholders to the product strategy.
- Set the product vision and product roadmap.
- Lead activities to set strategic business direction.
- Drive effective Voice of Customer / User Research.
- Ensure effective documentation of requirements.
- Advocate for the end user.
- Create partnerships with engineering.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive threats.
- Champion innovation in the product line.
- Drive market analysis.
- Sales, channel, and support enablement.
The Essentials You Will Have
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
The Preferred You Might Also Have
- 7+ years of product management, solution delivery, technical consulting, commercial portfolio management, or solution sales experience.
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience leading activities or medium to large projects.
- Deep exposure to the application of managed products in automation.
- Experience in automation, operational IT, related standards, and Industry 4.0 / Industrial Internet of Things.
- Experience communicating product updates to internal and external partners.
- Experience representing the business in critical meetings.
- Create and use user personas.
- Comfortable working on issues of diverse scope.
- Experience with market analysis.
- Understanding of business financials.

Compensation
- Base Salary Compensation from CAD 135,400 to CAD 169,300.
- Annual target bonus of 7% of base salary.
