Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for mobile experiences in partnership with technology, UX, analytics, and business stakeholders.

Accountabilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Etihad's mobile applications.
- Own product discovery, prioritization, delivery, launch, and optimization.
- Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture, and business teams on scalable mobile experiences.
- Manage Agile priorities, dependencies, risks, and release planning.
- Use customer insights, analytics, market trends, and competitive benchmarking in product decisions.
- Monitor KPIs, adoption, engagement, and customer feedback.
- Manage third-party vendors and technology partners.
- Balance customer needs with business objectives and technical considerations.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of product management experience, including at least 5 years managing mobile app products at scale.
- Proven success launching and growing customer-facing applications across iOS and Android.
- Strong knowledge of mobile ecosystems, customer journeys, app analytics, mobile UX, and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience with native iOS or Android and/or cross-platform technologies such as Flutter or React Native.
- Airline or travel industry experience is required.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience in Agile environments, including SAFe and Scrum.
