Responsibilities
- Own the end to end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Write clear, actionable specifications at the right level of detail
- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA to deliver features on schedule
- Define success metrics and instrumentation for every feature shipped
- Lead user research to understand client and internal user needs
- Prioritize feature requests, architectural improvements, and operational excellence
- Identify and resolve process conflicts, feature creep, and program issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders globally, ensuring alignment and managing competing priorities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Establish and run AI evaluation processes, including offline and production evals
- Design and improve AI assisted workflows, including human in the loop review
- Collect and act on user feedback and proactively communicate status to leadership
Requirements
- 3 5 years of product management experience
- Strong product execution skills
- Technically literate: comfortable with APIs, data models, and system integrations
- Strong analytical skills with hands on ability to define instrumentation and run ad hoc queries
- Good UX sensibility
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple product areas simultaneously
- Proven ability to deliver results through influence without authority
- Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML product development
- Proficiency in Jira, SQL, and modern analytics platforms

The role

- We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Dubai based technology team.
