About The Role

  • Hoxton Wealth is looking for a sharp, data driven Performance Marketing Manager to take charge of paid media acquisition across multiple channels.
  • Based in Dubai HQ, this is a key position within the global marketing function.
  • Responsible for planning, executing, and optimising multi channel campaigns that drive high quality leads into the international sales funnel.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Owning and optimising all paid media activity across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and app store campaigns.
  • Managing a large multi market budget with daily optimisation across campaigns.
  • Planning and executing campaigns that drive both lead generation and app engagement/downloads.
  • Building and iterating on audience targeting strategies across markets and services.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Creative and Content Manager to produce effective ad assets.
  • Developing and maintaining campaign reporting dashboards using platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and analytics tools.
  • Monitoring lead quality and pipeline conversion in partnership with the sales team.
  • Keeping up with algorithm changes, ad formats, platform updates, and new acquisition strategies.
  • A/B testing landing pages and working with the Marketing Ops team on funnel optimisation.

What You'll Bring Must Have

  • 3 to 5 years of hands on paid media experience across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and mobile/app campaigns.
  • Strong grasp of campaign structure, budget pacing, bid strategy, and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with lead generation KPIs: CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, etc.
  • Experience managing paid campaigns in multiple geographies and adjusting for local nuances.
  • Solid Excel/Google Sheets and data skills.
  • A critical mind not just pushing buttons, but thinking strategically.
  • Team first mentality, willing to collaborate and challenge constructively.
  • High energy, hard working, and committed to results.

Bonus

  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or B2C lead gen.
  • Familiarity with app marketing and install campaigns.
  • Experience working alongside agencies or managing freelancers.
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, DotDigital, or similar).
