About the Role
- We're looking for a sharp, data driven Performance Marketing Manager to take charge of paid media acquisition across multiple channels.
- Based in our Dubai HQ, this is a key position within our global marketing function.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Owning and optimising all paid media activity across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and app store campaigns.
- Managing a large multi market budget with daily optimisation.
- Planning and executing campaigns for lead generation and app engagement.
- Building and iterating on audience targeting strategies.
- Collaborating with the Head of Creative and Content Manager to produce effective ad assets.
- Developing and maintaining campaign reporting dashboards.
- Monitoring lead quality and pipeline conversion in partnership with the sales team.
- Keeping up with algorithm changes, ad formats, and platform updates.
- A/B testing landing pages and working with Marketing Ops on funnel optimisation.
Qualifications
- Experience in performance marketing and paid media acquisition across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical and data driven decision making skills.
- Experience managing large multi market budgets.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Ability to collaborate with creative and sales teams.
